Utilizing a calculated time under tension method, her classes enhance muscle growth, strength, and endurance by prolonging engagement during exercises. The burnout phase maximizes intensity and muscle activation, promoting greater strength gains and improved muscle definition.
Each 50-minute class includes a warm-up and cool-down, featuring 1 minute of movement - 45 seconds of time under tension, and concluding with 15 seconds of muscle burnout through pulsing. This structured approach ensures optimal performance and muscle engagement.
