Turning to Pilates as a safe and effective alternative to traditional strength training, I discovered a profound connection between movement and body awareness. Through my journey, I've developed a unique method that blends traditional Pilates with strength training, placing a strong emphasis on core and abdominal strength – qualities that are fundamental for athletic success.
