After the birth of my daughter Piper, I craved more than just a return to my pre-pregnancy body—I wanted to feel strong, confident, and grounded again. I turned to Pilates as a safe, effective way to rebuild from the inside out, and what started as a personal reset quickly evolved into something more powerful: a method.
